Assured Cleaning are currently trialling a new concept cleaning product called FreshClean as of February 2011.  As part of our Environment Policy we are continually striving to lessen our impact on our local surroundings and we feel FreshClean is a dynamic solution that can help us achieve our aims. The benefits of the product over our existing suppliers are:

• A 14 ton truck load of ‘Fresh Clean’ makes 5.6 million trigger spray bottles. Our current products would weigh in at 4,564 tonnes for the same amount, saving hugely on transport and storage.
• Disposal of the current spray bottles for the same amount as above would put 291 tonnes into landfill. Alternatively, all tubs and spray bottles of Freshclean are reusable.
• One element of cost saving to our customers is that we significantly cut down the amount of non-recyclable rubbish we put into bins – a great expense to all business premises.
• The product itself is a multipurpose product, being diluted to different concentrations depending on the application. This makes it very simple to use.
• ‘Fresh Clean’ themselves have already trained and certified our staff in its use. The system is colour coded and procedures for use are clearly set out in picture form, clearly understandable even for staff whose first language is not English.
• COSHH management is reduced to a minimum with only one product in use.
• The product is chemically very safe for the environment.
• It even comes in 7 different scents!
